This hotel is a great choice for families with kids. the lobby is very nice and welcoming, creating a positive first impression. the location is convenient, with plenty of local shops nearby. the rooms are comfortable and clean, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the city. the staff, although not fluent in English, are helpful and can understand simple instructions. the breakfast options may be limited, but it is still a satisfying start to the day.

The lobby of this hotel is really nice and welcoming. We found the location to be great, surrounded by many local shops to explore. It was really convenient to have two buses available for transport to the fair, and the trip only took around 20 minutes. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel offered smoking and non-smoking rooms.
Our room had a lot of wear and tear and could benefit from some refurbishing. the breakfast was the same every day and didn't offer many vegetarian options.

Very nice lobby and friendly staff. The lobby gave a good first impression and the staff were helpful and accommodating. Convenient location with plenty of local shops. It was great to have access to a variety of shops within walking distance of the hotel.- 20-minute bus ride to Canton Fair. The hotel provided buses to and from the fair, making it easy and convenient for guests attending the event.
Language barrier and communication issues. English speaking was a problem and not all staff members were able to understand or speak English fluently.
